NormaTec PULSE Recovery Systems are dynamic compression devices designed for recovery and rehab. All of our systems use NormaTec’s patented PULSE technology to help athletes recover faster between trainings and after performance.

What is electric muscle stimulation? Simply put, electric muscle stimulation trains your muscles in a way that traditional workouts alone cannot. It is a “best-kept secret” many elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts use to enhance their workouts and training programs.

Whether you’re treating yourself or treating someone else, TheraGun’s effect on a body in pain is profound. With 33 individual vertebrae and 640 muscles in the human body, we are more alike than we think, and we all suffer from the same nagging aches and pains that just keep cramping our style.

You will have a hard time going back to your basic foam roller after using our Hyperice vibrating foam rollers. Enhance and expedite your recovery from tight or sore muscles with our myofascial tools to increase range of motion and blood flow.

Gone are the days athletes plunge in an ice tub for recovery. Contrast therapy creates vasodilation (opening) and vasoconstriction (closing) of vessels in the body. Combine the tubs as a sequence and create circulation to increase blood flow for powerful recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork geared towards athletes and those who workout hard and often. Using various techniques, a massage therapist is able to achieve a specific goal when working on the athlete. Massage is often used to help prevent injury, prepare the body for athletic activities, maintain optimal condition, and/or help athletes recover. This style specifically targets the release of tight muscles and will help improve flexibility, reduce pain and increase the range of motion in restricted areas.

Dry needling is an invasive procedure in which a solid filament needle is inserted into the skin and muscle, directly at a myofascial trigger point. A myofascial trigger point consists of multiple contraction knots which are related to the production and maintenance of the pain cycle and general muscle function.

Kinesio Tape application is a technique used to provide support and stability to joints and muscles without restricting range of motion. Typical uses for Kinesio taping are posture stability, tendinitis, ligament sprains, inflammation, or muscle strains.

Finish your recovery session at GTXSR with the infrared sauna. This sauna is one of our most valuable players as it stimulates cell metabolism via infrared light. Evidence indicates cells absorb photons from light and transform to adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the form of energy that cells utilize. While you sit, your cells are repairing and regenerating. The benefits do not stop at pain control and tissue repair. Other uses include weight loss, detox, relaxation, and improved circulation.

Cupping is a therapeutic suction technique used across many practices to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, and relaxation and well-being. For our athletes, this modality is helpful for tendinitis, tight muscles, tight fascia, and increasing blood flow to an area. We manipulate the cups in a variety of ways such as keeping the cup still and moving the body part, moving the cup while the body part is still, or keeping the cup still while the athlete moves their own body part.

Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. Sports massage has three basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.

To load a new membership, you may do so on this website under the ‘membership’ option in the navigation bar OR you may load any membership at our facility.

If you have already been to our facility we have all your information. Simply drop-in to begin and our staff can help load any membership you wish to start again. The website ‘membership’ option in the navigation bar is for new membership sign-ups only.

Our memberships allow access to all of our recovery tools listed above on this page and guidance from our expert staff.  Our supplemental services (Customized Therapeutic Massage and Dry Needling) are an additional cost.  These prices can be found on the membership options graphic above or on the sign-up page.  Our supplemental services are by appointment only.

Additionally, comfortable attire is encouraged especially for the NormaTec compression therapy.  Anything with a zipper will be uncomfortable during the compression of the Pulse machine and not provide you an optimal experience.

We are a non-clinical facility and do not require a referral. However, we encourage you to seek the appropriate medical attention prior to your visit if you have or think you have a serious injury. Additionally, if you have any previous medical conditions please be advised by your physician prior to your visit.
All membership options expire at some point, we want you to feel that our services are worth your investment each and every month.  Our staff members can help you decide on what membership would be the best for you based on how long you will use it and how often.
We do not offer any free trials. However, if you purchase a two-hour single session pass and then decide to upgrade to any of our membership options within a month, we can apply that pass to the membership upgrade, making your initial visit a free one.
